The Foundation of Salvation

Here we look at what the 430 years of suffering the Black Christian Race paid for on the National Level which indemnified threir position as the Children of Israel who suffered for 430 years in Egypt until Moses; and whose Resurrection was to have come after the 430 years from Malachi when Jesus who Moses spoke of arrived.

Of course we deal with the 2 Brothers; one White and one Black; a Black Moses as our Servant King; and our White Aaron as our Prince Aaron; who Voice helped Unify the Races as of the North and the South; and how my Generation fell dancing before the Golden Calf of Elvis as the king of Babylon.

This can be seen at the blogs at http://www.NewUnificationChurch.com at the section “The Widow of Israel” about the Black Virgin Daughter of Jerusalem: the queen of the South; who stands as Sheba; even as Ephraim is the king of the North.

She stands as Sheba; and he as the Manchild of Israel; the Prodigal Son returned from the dead: as Solomon; the silly dove; back from his fall; and his deal to rule the dead: and how he was raised; like Lazurus at the Last Day: this Day.

So why is it that we must not let Donald Trump…or anyone for that matter; divide us into little petty factions, races, classes, and groups?? What is the danger of this divisive agenda promoted by Trump, and the Foxes he has put over each Henhouse ???

Bernie Sanders and his surrogates like Nina Turner and Tulsi Gabbard have often said that “when the People are United, then there is nothing that can stop them“.

But the origin of his saying goes back much further.

The Old Man and his Sons, sometimes alternatively titled The Bundle of Sticks, is one of Aesop’s Fables .

 The actions described in it have been attributed to several later rulers and its political moral that there is strength in unity has been consistently commented on over the centuries.

Here is the Tale:

The Bundle of Sticks

An old man had a number of sons who constantly quarrelled with each other.

He grew worried that unless he could get them to come together as a family once again, that their surrounding enemies would soon pick them off, one by one.

As he neared death he called them to him.

Having bound a bundle of sticks together (or in other accounts, either spears or arrows), he asked his sons to break them.

When they failed, he undid the bundle, and taking each stick, one by one, he broke each stick singly.

In that same way, he taught them this lesson, that though each can be easily overcome alone, they are invincible when  combined.

The Nemesis of Our Destruction

United We Stand: Divided, We Fall

The bundle of wooden sticks, bound together, and sometimes including the axe blade, has Etruscan beginnings but became prominent with its adoption by the Kingdom of Rome, then the Republic, then Imperial Rome.

The fasces were carried by Lictors (attendants), and their presence signified the power of the magistrate being attended.

Added in Republican Rome, the axe meant that the power of that particular magistrate included capital punishment.

When the fasces were brought into Rome’s center the axe was removed, a sign that power resided with the people, rather than with an arbitrary and capricious magistrate.

The lessons of history are repeated by those who choose to ignore them, as has been said many times. One of the best examples could be said to reside with Hitler, who boasted about his encyclopediac knowledge and understanding of history as few others could claim:

“…A man who has no sense of history,” declared Hitler, “is a man who has no ears or eyes..”

Yet our little historical genius then went and repeated the Total Blunder of Napoleon by invading Russia; and ended up in Napoleons exact same predicament, when; once again, the Russian Army and the Russian Winter proved more than a match for his dreams of world conquest, just as they had for Napoleon…

Full-Speed Ahead for Our “Dictator-for-Life” ? Why Amphetamine Makes Donald Trump Believe He Can Get Away with Overthrowing the American Government and Installing Himself as Absolute Dictator: an Overview of Trumps Coming “Crash” | Measure 144 ~ Missive 377

Hope Hicks Admits President Trump Used Drugs

That Helped With ADHD

 Speed Kills: An Alarming Revelation:
 Why Donald Trump is Exhibiting Signs of Mental Collapse and Paranoia

Kurt Eichenwald, a contributing editor to Vanity Fair, as well as a New York Times bestselling author, said that hspoke with White House Communications Director Hope Hicks by telephone, and asked her about President Trump’s use of amphetamines.

Image result for Hope Hicks

Hope Hicks admitted that Trump used them, but said that he only took them for “a  few days”.

When Eichenwald said that records showed that he used them for eight years, Hicks then called him “a liberal” and hung up.

The question is, is Trump still using them? That would explain his changing and often erratic behavior.

Eichenwald was referring to an article published by Spy Magazine that exposed the practices of one of Trump’s personal doctors, Dr. Greenberg, who was giving him drugs for a ‘metabolic imbalance.’ That’s really a fancy way of saying Trump wanted a fat burner.

It was also published in biography Lost Tycoon by author Harry Hurt, that said the amphetamines prescribed to Trump contributed to “Donald’s mood swings” and “fits of distemper,” much like those expressed by people with ADHD.

Even though Trump wasn’t officially diagnosed with the learning disorder, it’s said that the amphetamines he took would give him focus and energy, helping to combat any mental fatigue expressed by ADHD.

“Donald was so delighted with the results that he started recommending Dr. Greenberg’s treatments to his brother Robert, various friends, and celebrity acquaintances such as Diana Ross.

The diet drugs, which he took in pill form, not only curbed his appetite but gave him a feeling of euphoria and unlimited energy. The medical literature warned that some potentially dangerous side effects could result from long-term usage; they included anxiety, insomnia, and delusions of grandeur.

According to several Trump Organization insiders, Donald exhibited all these ominous symptoms of diet drug usage, and then some.

’ The first thing I would do when I got to the office in the morning,” recalled one former vice-president, “was to go see Norma Foerderer and ask her,

‘Is this a Dr. Greenberg day?’

If she said yes, I would do everything I could to stay out of Donald’s way.’

The End of Democracy and the Beginning of the Madhouse of Trump

Authored by John Whitehead via The Rutherford Institute

I’m not a fan of Communist China.

It’s a vicious totalitarian regime that routinely employs censorship, surveillance, and brutal police state tactics to intimidate its populace, maintain its power, and expand the largesse of its corporate elite.

Just recently, in fact, China – an economic and political powerhouse that owns more of America’s debt than any other country and is buying up American businesses across the spectrum – announced its plan to make its president, Xi Jinping, president for life.

President Trump jokingly thinks that’s a great idea.

Trump thinks the idea of having a president for life is so great, in fact, that America might want to move in that direction.

“Maybe we’ll have to give that a shot someday,” joked Trump.

The Bible of Trump: his personal copy of Mein Kampf, at which his bemused son Barron fixatedly stares is that hideous betrayal of America hidden in the Red Box

Here’s the thing: we already have a president for life.
Sure, the names and faces and parties have changed over the years, but really, when you drill down under the personalities and political theater, you’ll find that the changing names and faces are merely cosmetic: no matter who sits on the throne, the office of the president of the United States has, for all intents and purposes, become a unilateral power unto itself.
Although the Constitution invests the President with very specific, limited powers, in recent years, American presidents (Trump, Obama, Bush, Clinton, etc.) have claimed the power to completely and almost unilaterally alter the landscape of this country for good or for ill.
The powers amassed by each successive president through the negligence of Congress and the courts—powers which add up to a toolbox of terror for an imperial ruler—empower whomever occupies the Oval Office to act as a dictator, above the law and beyond any real accountability.

The presidency itself has become an imperial one with permanent powers.

As law professor William P. Marshall explains,
….“every extraordinary use of power by one President expands the availability of executive branch power for use by future Presidents.” Moreover, it doesn’t even matter whether other presidents have chosen not to take advantage of any particular power, because “it is a President’s action in using power, rather than forsaking its use, that has the precedential significance.
In other words, each successive president continues to add to his office’s list of extraordinary orders and directives, expanding the reach and power of the presidency and granting him- or herself near dictatorial powers.
So you see, we have been saddled with a “president for life”—i.e., a dictator for life—for some time now.

This abuse of presidential powers has been going on for so long that it has become the norm, the Constitution be damned.
The government of laws idealized by John Adams has fallen prey to a government of men.
As a result, we no longer have a system of checks and balances.

“…All of the imperial powers amassed by Barack Obama and George W. Bush—to kill American citizens without due process, to detain suspects indefinitely, to strip Americans of their citizenship rights, to carry out mass surveillance on Americans without probable cause, to suspend laws during wartime, to disregard laws with which he might disagree, to conduct secret wars and convene secret courts, to sanction torture, to sidestep the legislatures and courts with executive orders and signing statements, to direct the military to operate beyond the reach of the law, to operate a shadow government, and to act as a dictator and a tyrant, above the law and beyond any real accountability—were inherited by Donald Trump….”

These presidential powers—acquired through the use of executive orders, decrees, memorandums, proclamations, national security directives and legislative signing statements and which can be activated by any sitting president—enable past, president and future presidents to operate above the law and beyond the reach of the Constitution.
These are the powers that will be passed along to each successive heir to the Oval Office.
This is what you might call a stealthy, creeping, silent, slow-motion coup d’etat.

Donald Trump has already picked up where his predecessors left off: he has continued to wage war, he has continued to federalize the police, and he operates as if the Constitution does not apply to him.
As tempting as it may be to lay all the blame at Trump’s feet for the totalitarian state of the nation right now, remember that he didn’t create the police state.
He merely inherited it, along with the dictatorial powers of the presidency.
If we are to return to a constitutional presidency, we must recalibrate the balance of power.
As I make clear in my book “Battlefield America: The War on the American People“, the only thing that will save us now is a concerted, collective commitment to the Constitution’s principles of limited government, a system of checks and balances, and a recognition that they—the president, Congress, the courts, the military, the police, the technocrats and plutocrats and bureaucrats—answer to and are accountable to “we the people.”
As historian Arthur Schlesinger Jr. points out,
Holding a President to strict accountability requires, first of all, a new attitude on the part of the American people toward their Presidents, or rather a return to the more skeptical attitude of earlier times: it requires, specifically, a decline in reverence… The age of the imperial presidency has produced the idea that run-of-the-mill politicians, brought by fortuity to the White House, must be treated thereafter as if they have become superior and perhaps godlike beings.”
Schlesinger continues:
“If the nation wants to work its way back to a constitutional presidency, there is only one way to begin. That is by showing Presidents that, when their closest associates place themselves above the law and the Constitution, such transgressions will be not forgiven or forgotten for the sake of the presidency but exposed and punished for the sake of the presidency.”
In other words, we’ve got to stop treating the president like a god and start making both the office of the president and the occupant play by the rules of the Constitution

Trump Didn’t Pay Porn Star Hush Money

— Because He Stiffed His Own Lawyer: Report

By @MargHartman

Michael Cohen, the real-life Barry Zuckerkorn. Photo: BRYAN R. SMITH/AFP/Getty Images

It appears President Trump may have dodged the consequences of one shady habit, conducting extramarital affairs, by indulging in another unscrupulous habit: refusing to pay his employees.

Last month Michael Cohen, President Trump’s longtime personal lawyer, released a statement that seemed to suggest he paid Stephanie Clifford — a.k.a. Stormy Daniels, the porn star who claimed she had an affair with Trump – $130,000 of his own money right before the 2016 election. Supposedly, it had nothing to do with his boss.

“Neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford, and neither reimbursed me for the payment, either directly or indirectly,” Cohen said.

Wall Street Journal report released on Monday suggests it’s possible Cohen wasn’t reimbursed for the payment — but not for lack of trying:

Mr. Cohen said he missed two deadlines earlier that month to make the $130,000 payment to Ms. Clifford because he couldn’t reach Mr. Trump in the hectic final days of the presidential campaign, the person said.

Ms. Clifford was owed the money in return for signing an agreement that bars her from discussing an alleged sexual encounter with Mr. Trump in 2006, people familiar with the matter said.

After Mr. Trump’s victory, Mr. Cohen complained to friends that he had yet to be reimbursed for the payment to Ms. Clifford, the people said.

In his carefully worded statement, Cohen said he used his own money to “facilitate” the payment to Clifford, and records show he set up an LLC in Delaware on October 17, 2016, to make the payment to her attorney.

While Cohen noted that he was not reimbursed by Trump’s business or campaign, he did not rule out the possibility that he was reimbursed by Trump personally.

The Journal also reported on Tuesday that First Republic Bank flagged Cohen’s transaction as suspicious and reported it to the Treasury Department. It’s not clear when that occurred, but it was previously reported that the bank used by Clifford’s attorney, City National Bank in Los Angeles, launched it own internal inquiry in September 2017.

The year-long lag is unusual, and suggests that the bank may have received more information about the transaction — possibly a subpoena or a visit from regulators. Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team would not comment on whether it prompted the inquiry.

Cohen and Trump might have violated the law even if Cohen was just acting on his bosses’ presumed wishes, and still hasn’t been reimbursed. Mueller probe aside, Cohen’s payment could be seen as an illegal campaign donation if his intent was to shield Trump from the political fallout of a porn star going public with her tawdry tale of spanking and Shark Week viewings just before Election Day.

There’s no limit on what candidates can donate to their own campaign, but if Trump eventually paid Cohen back, he might have violated campaign-finance laws by failing to report it.

Experts say, however, that it’s unlikely Trump and Cohen would see serious penalties for the crime. (Former senator John Edwards was tried on similar crimes, but the jury was deadlocked on most charges.) On the other hand, the president’s attorney seems almost determined to make the situation worse.

How did the Republican Party became a dangerous cult?

Desperate to halt a terrifying tide of social transformation, the political heirs of Jim Crow flooded into the weak and nearly empty infrastructure of the Southern GOP. Men like Alabama’s Roy Moore and Texas’ Rick Perry were the last generation of white Southern men to begin their careers as Democrats.

The flight of millions of Dixiecrats into the GOP shifted the balance of power inside the party nationwide. Their fear-soaked, delusional fervor converted that institution from a conventional political party into a white nationalist cult.

The Party of Lincoln now exists to help Neo-Confederates win the Civil War politically, long after losing it on the battlefield.

Anyone evaluating Republican plans for tax policy, health care, climate change, immigration, or almost any other subject, will struggle to identify logical explanations for GOP positions.

Our politics has not always been so divorced from facts. It was possible to find room for logical arguments about the merits of Reagan’s 1981 tax cuts. There were logical arguments on both sides of the 1986 tax increases Reagan realized had become necessary. People engaged in rational disagreements over priorities and potential consequences of those plans based on facts and reason.

No such basis exists for Republican policies now, explaining the absence of efforts at bipartisan agreement. Support for GOP plans is premised on cult allegiance and enforced by cult loyalty. Unbelievers would be no more likely to support Republican tax plans than to drink poison to catch a ride on a spaceship.

By all accounts, the members of the Heaven’s Gate cult were nice people who avoided harming others.

They kept their sickness inside their ranks.

By contrast, Republicans are forcing an entire country, and to a certain extent the world, to choke down their poisoned applesauce.

It is possible to see in Marshall Applewhite a suffering soul, tormented by mental illness, who drew a small number of similarly troubled individuals into his fatal orbit (pardon the pun).

It is increasingly difficult to extend the same sympathy to nice people like Paul Ryan. We don’t look back at Pol Pot or Jefferson Davis as “troubled souls” because the scale of the harm they inflicted obscures any sympathy.

Those who survive the poison will one day look back on Republicans of this era with a similar disgust.

Chris Ladd, former GOP Precinct Committeeman, author of “The Politics of Crazy” and creator of PoliticalOrphans.

“…..On the night of March 23, 1997, Marshall Applewhite prepared to achieve his life’s mission. He had already supervised the successful “evacuation” of several followers. The leader of the Heaven’s Gate cult would be the last of the chosen few to join the alien spacecraft trailing the Hale-Bopp Comet speeding past the Earth.

As he mixed a lethal dose of phenobarbital into his apple sauce, did he experience doubt? Did he wonder whether his psychiatrists had been right? Maybe there were no aliens waiting to whisk him away. He had failed to uncover any empirical evidence to support his worldview.

Perhaps that was because his worldview was flawed and false. No, he probably ate his poison and slipped the bag over his head with a smile on his face.

Republican Roy Moore, removed from the Alabama Supreme Court for his erratic behavior and banned from the mall for harassing teenage girls, has cloaked his campaign for the Senate in the language of “spiritual warfare.”

As such, he is the most apt representative of the Republican Party in our age of cult politics.

Moore is pitching himself as God’s candidate and his voters are slopping it up like poisoned applesauce. The party of “family values” is about to send a known sexual predator to the Senate because God wants them to.

This would be startling, except they already used the same reasoning to put a known sexual predator in the White House.

The same magical reasoning infects Republicans tax reform plans. We are in the eighth year of continuous job growth, the eighth year of economic expansion, and the eighth year of a head-spinning stock market boom. Corporate profits are at record levels and the economy has been redlining at full-employment for almost three years.

By any marginally credible economic reasoning, this would be an ideal moment to raise taxes, curb debt, make investments in public infrastructure, and just generally do the things one does at the peak of a long economic expansion.

At this moment, why are Republicans trying to slash taxes for the wealthy? Why would someone castrate themselves and commit suicide? Because that’s what the cult demands.

There are no bright economic minds suggesting that this is a good idea.

There is no difference of opinion among sane, credible people about whether America needs a massive tax cut for the rich.

An effort by Republican leaders to claim support among economists devolved into unabashed lying.

One of the “economists” listed as a supporter, Gil Sylvia, has yet to be identified and may not even exist. When one of the president’s minions pitched this idiotic tax plan to a panel of American CEO’s – men who will be getting fat tax cuts – they balked. In public.

On camera. Director Cohn’s stunned response after soliciting their backing should be etched on the tombstone of the former Party of Lincoln, “Why aren’t the other hands up?

Cohn didn’t pause to hear their answer, because that isn’t how a cult works. Like a Soviet Commissar, he wasn’t soliciting feedback but measuring loyalty. He noted the disbelief of the apostates and simply moved on in righteous oblivion.

No reasoning accessible on the plane of logical thought supports this plan, just like no one outside the cult would ever let Roy Moore make decisions on their behalf.

Tax cuts, along with slashing government services, ending government support for health insurance, burning more coal, and a whole collection of other loony ideas, are now unconsidered articles of faith.

Republican Jesus wants a tax cut. The faithful will comply.

Nothing in traditional Republican thought made this descent into madness inevitable.

In fact, most of what passes for current Republican orthodoxy contradicts the party’s ideological heritage.

Just twenty-five years ago, when Roy Moore was trolling the sidelines at homecoming for sweet young things, he was a member of the Democratic Party.

At the same time, Elizabeth Warren was a Republican. Something happened, and it had nothing at all to do with the traditional priorities of the Republican or Democratic parties.

Countries experience moments like this from time to time. We are long overdue for such a crisis, as our last major partisan breakdown occurred in the 1850’s.

Rasputin: 1914

Faced with tumultuous cultural, technological and economic upheaval, political systems may find themselves bottlenecked, unable to keep pace with evolutionary demands. Parties and ideologies are contorted into strange shapes under the pressure of rapid transformation.

Communism, for example, began as a ruthlessly empirical, atheistic approach to politics and economics. Influenced by the turmoil of the 20th century and the urgency of revolutionary demands, it quickly took on the trappings of a fanatical religion.

By the time the Khmer Rouge unleashed their wave of slaughter on Cambodia, Communism had devolved into little more than ideological window dressing for a tribal death cult. Ideology does not constrain fanatics.

A Refresher Course

Trumpery derives from the Middle English trompery and ultimately from the Middle French tromper, meaning “to deceive.” (You can see the meaning of this root reflected in the French phrase trompe-l’oeil – literally, “deceives the eye“-which in English refers to a style of painting with photographically realistic detail.)

Trumpery first appeared in English in the mid-15th century with the meanings “deceit or fraud” (a sense that is now obsolete) and “worthless nonsense.” Less than 100 years later, it was being applied to material objects of little or no value.

The verb phrase trump up means “to concoct with the intent to deceive,” but there is most likely no etymological connection between this phrase and trumpery.

A Comparison in Perspectives

“….The current investigation into Russian involvement in our election process is a perfect illustration of how the political climate obscures the truth.

The DNC rigged their own primary election in favor of their pre-selected candidate of choice, a corrupt corporate establishment puppet. Their covert strategy and secret agenda were revealed when an insider leaked emails from the DNC server. As a way to divert attention from the content of the emails, the DNC created a narrative involving Russian hackers, although no evidence to support the story was ever presented.

When the DNC lost the general election for a variety of reasons including the rigging of their primary, their fraudulent convention, their corrupt candidate, a sloppy campaign, and the alienation of their progressive base, they decided to use the fabricated Russian narrative as the reason for their failure.,,,”

“…The Corporate Neo-Liberals supported by the corporate owned mainstream media have vigorously pursued the investigation into Russian involvement in our election process. Most Republicans who have been paying attention believe that the DNC-fabricated Russian narrative is political fiction.

Trump, however, has personal reasons for wanting to kill the story. Back when he was a businessman with no political aspirations, Trump developed deep business ties to Russia. During the recession, Russia was a viable source of funding for his hotels, golf courses, and other businesses.

You know those tax returns that Trump doesn’t want you to see? Those returns may have their own dirty little Russian stories to tell. If those stories were to go public, the Trump power trip would come to a screeching halt and the Republican Party would be swiftly kicked to the curb.

The American people continue to be divided by politics as the truth is hidden just below the surface. Tell me this: What are you waiting for?….

Matthew 25:31-46 King James Version

31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

=========================================

34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand,

Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
35 For I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying,

Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?

4And the King shall answer and say unto them,

“Verily I say unto you,

Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

==============================================================

41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand,

Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
42 For I was an hungered, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.

44 Then shall they also answer him, saying,

Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?

45 Then shall he answer them, saying,

“..Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me…”

46 And these ( the goats at the left hand ) shall go away into everlasting punishment:

but the righteous ( the sheep at the right hand ) into life eternal.

What Every Sane American Thinks of Trump

Let’s be honest right off the bat: Donald Trump is a terrible president. Oh, and he’s a terrible person. And you can throw in a terrible American, too.

And it seems that while things continue to deteriorate, the lines have already been drawn. Nothing Trump does or says at this point is going to change the minds of the hardcore Trump supporters. Meanwhile, the rest of America – the ones who are rational, thoughtful, and objective – are left shaking our heads.

As Trump continues to isolate the United States, however, the world has begun to weigh in. And one German newspaper has just said what every sane American already thinks about Trump. And folks, it’s brutal.

Der Spiegel just published an article calledA Danger to the World: It’s Time to Get Rid of Donald Trump.”

Here are some of the highlights:

“…Donald Trump is not fit to be president of the United States.

He does not possess the requisite intellect and does not understand the significance of the office he holds nor the tasks associated with it.

He doesn’t read.

He doesn’t bother to peruse important files and intelligence reports and knows little about the issues that he has identified as his priorities. His decisions are capricious and they are delivered in the form of tyrannical decrees.

And with that opening, they capture the basic problem most Americans have with our criminal-in-chief. But it goes on:

He is a man free of morals.

As has been demonstrated hundreds of times, he is a liar, a racist and a cheat. I feel ashamed to use these words, as sharp and loud as they are. But if they apply to anyone, they apply to Trump.

And one of the media’s tasks is to continue telling things as they are: Trump has to be removed from the White House. Quickly.

He is a danger to the world.

Trump is a miserable politician. He fired the FBI director simply because he could.

James Comey had gotten under his skin with his investigation into Trump’s confidants. Comey had also refused to swear loyalty and fealty to Trump and to abandon the investigation.

He had to go…..

Trump is also a miserable boss. His people invent excuses for him and lie on his behalf because they have to, but then Trump wakes up and posts tweets that contradict what they have said.

He doesn’t care that his spokesman, his secretary of state and his national security adviser had just denied that the president had handed Russia (of all countries) sensitive intelligence gleaned from Israel (of all countries).

Trump tweeted:

“…Yes, yes, I did, because I can. I’m president after all…..”

Commented:

Bernie Sanders is the most popular politician in America.

Wanna know why?

Because he was crucified by his own party before he had the chance to run in the general election. That made him the martyr who would have saved us if only he hadn’t died at the hands of political corruption.

Now Bernie gets to hang out in the Democratic Party and bask in his mythology while the Party uses him as a lure to bring the disenfranchised progressives back into the fold. Don’t forget that Jesus was crucified for preaching Love. Now we tell stories about how he could turn water into wine and walk on the water. Every hero looks larger in the rear view mirror.

Have I offended you? Please let me know why in the comments below but only after you finish reading this article.

Are you offended because you still believe in Bernie? Are you are waiting for Bernie to convert the Corporate Neo-Liberals to his progressive ideals by working them from the inside?

Bernie told you that change happens from the bottom to the top. Corruption does not change from the inside out. The corruption will end when a greater vision becomes so popular that it rises up and dissolves everything unlike itself.

Are you offended because I compared Bernie to your personal savior? Let me remind you that Jesus did not ask to be your personal savior. That was your idea. Jesus said; “Greater works than these, you, too, shall do.”

Are waiting for the return of the Messiah? Maybe the real return of the Teacher is that moment when the disciples begin to live the teachings.

Perhaps there isn’t much difference between religion and politics. At the heart of every religion, you can find the principle of Love obscured by doctrine and dogma. Similarly, at the heart of every political movement, you can find the truth obscured by strategy and agenda.

In this era of tribal politics, we each have our affiliation that demands our blind obedience and serves to divide us into separate camps. As long as we remain divided, our democracy will continue to be an illusion of choice, unity will carry on as an unrequited dream and freedom will remain an unfulfilled promise.

The current investigation into Russian involvement in our election process is a perfect illustration of how the political climate obscures the truth.

When the DNC lost the general election for a variety of reasons including the rigging of their primary, their fraudulent convention, their corrupt candidate, a sloppy campaign, and the alienation of their progressive base, they decided to use the fabricated Russian narrative as the reason for their failure.

The Corporate Neo-Liberals supported by the corporate owned mainstream media have vigorously pursued the investigation into Russian involvement in our election process.

Tell me this: What are you waiting for?

Are you waiting for impeachment? Are you waiting for Trump’s tax returns? Are you waiting for the FBI to find the evil Russians who stole our election? Are you waiting for Bernie to rise from the Establishment graveyard and lead us to the Promised Land? Are you waiting for Jesus to return and make Love cool again?

Breaking News: All roads lead back to you.

The political parties are not going to save your democracy for you. The FBI is not going to discover the truth for you. The Justice Department is not going to hold the corporate criminals accountable for you. And your savior is not going to teach you how to Love.

This is the good news. You have the power to claim your freedom, save your democracy, establish unity, and demand justice for all.

Greater works than these, you, too, shall do.

The Steel in the Spine; the Genesis of the Second American Revolution

====================================================

In this Wednesday, May 10, 2017, photo, Wayne Flynt talks about his book “Mockingbird Songs: My friendship with Harper Lee” at an event at the Auburn University Hotel and Conference Center in Auburn, Ala.

Historian Flynt took to the stage to read portions of his book about Alabama novelist Lee.

Flynt and Lee established a friendship late in her life, and the two exchanged letters for years. (Todd J. Van Emst/The Montgomery Advertiser via AP)

By Wayne Flyntan historian of Alabama who has written nine books about the state, the most recent being “Southern Religion and Christian Diversity in the Twentieth Century” and “Mockingbird Songs: My Friendship with Harper Lee“.

After reading a copy of my book, Alabama in the Twentieth Century,  novelist Harper Lee wrote me a letter on February 18, 2005, expressing her fears about the direction her beloved state was headed  based on its past:

“It looks like to hell if we don’t get some things changed. . . .  I dread the advent of Roy Moore’s administration but its coming sure as doomsday. What is wrong with us?

Are you old enough to remember when people were less ignorant? I am.”

Eighteen months later, on the day she received the Birmingham Pledge Foundation award for a lifetime devoted to racial reconciliation and justice, I arranged for her to talk with high school students, half of them black and half white, half from one of the poorest schools in western Birmingham, and the other half from Mountain Brook High School in one of America’s wealthiest suburbs.

They had joined their remarkable musical and acting talents to produce the play To Kill a Mockingbird. What she perceived of their kindness toward each other, their mutual respect, and their genuine friendship forged in months of rehearsals changed her pessimism about the state’s future.

She wrote me on September 17, 2006, that she had seen

“…a side of Alabama that didn’t exist a quarter century ago: determination to face up to our history, to claim it and profit from it. If our generation can’t rise to the challenge of change, perhaps those young people and their generation can…..”

Those young people are grown now, and the ones who remain in Alabama are no doubt registered to vote if only because of that transformational time spent with one of our exiled prophets, of reading and performing her vision of the beloved and just society. And because they understand the stakes in the U. S. Senate race between Democrat Doug Jones and Republican Roy Moore. And make no mistake about it: that election on December 12 is not just a meaningless backdrop to national politics played out in a provincial state.

It is a window through which we will gaze into America’s soul, understand its deepest anxieties and its most confused religious and moral values.

Based on my continuing contact with those students now grown up, none of them will vote for Roy Moore.

To them, he represents the old Alabama of Robert E. Lee Ewell, of lynching and the sexual abuse of women.

Law to Moore is merely an instrument of exclusion and oppression, whether of women, teenage girls, African Americans, immigrants, Jews, Muslims, or homosexuals.

He is a deluded theocrat who believes that God’s conversations with him determine the meaning of the U.S. Constitution, not the words written by the Founding Fathers or their interpretation by the U. S. Supreme Court.

The choice for Alabama Methodists (such as Harper Lee) or Baptists (such as me), Pentecostals and members of independent megachurches, is to determine in this election whether white evangelicals retain the vision of the Kingdom of Heaven proclaimed by Jesus, the establishment of a just and righteous nation, or whether that evangelical tradition is now ethically, morally, intellectually, and (most tragic of all) Biblically bankrupt.

Hundreds of Alabama religious leaders have signed a letter denouncing the conduct of Roy Moore and his anti-Christian values.

My name as a Baptist minister/professor is on the list despite Harper Lee’s humorous dismissal of my Baptist identity as being inappropriate to so intelligent an historian. I believe that our understanding of our people and their understanding of the Bible and personal moral character will prevail on December 12.

But if not, then the churches should turn off the lights and nail up the doors, for they stand for nothing better than misogyny, religious and racial bigotry, and discrimination. And so far as the state’s G.O.P. is concerned (in 1960 I was chairman of Alabama College Students for Nixon/Lodge), it might as well change its acronym to Grand Old Pedophile.

And the national party’s cowardice in this Alabama uncivil war will swamp any pretensions it may have to the moral high ground of American politics.

“…..Desperate to halt a terrifying tide of social transformation, the political heirs of Jim Crow flooded into the weak and nearly empty infrastructure of the Southern GOP.

Men like Alabama’s Roy Moore and Texas’

Rick Perry were the last generation of white Southern men to begin their careers as Democrats.

Support for GOP plans is premised on cult allegiance and enforced by cult loyalty…”

Oliver North urging White House to build private spy army overseen by Betsy DeVos’ brother: reports

( ……the Coming of Tom Cotton and Trumps NEW Secret Police…..??? )

+++++++++==================================================+++++++++

The Trump administration is considering a scheme by a cast of shady characters to build a private network of spies to bypass U.S. intelligence services.

Blackwater founder Erik Prince and retired CIA officer John Maguire developed the plan, which was pitched to the administration by Iran-Contra figure Oliver North, reported The Intercept.

Sources told the website the plan would give the White House a way to counter “deep state” political enemies in the intelligence community and give the CIA director an army of spies with no official cover in countries such as North Korea and Iran, which are considered “denied areas” for American covert operations.

The Intercept report builds on reporting last week by Buzzfeed News.

The White House has also considered setting up a global rendition force to capture terrorist suspects around the world, and also establishing propaganda campaigns in the Middle East and Europe to combat Islamic extremism and Iran.

“(CIA Director Mike) Pompeo can’t trust the CIA bureaucracy, so we need to create this thing that reports just directly to him,” a former senior U.S. intelligence official with firsthand knowledge of the proposals told The Intercept.

“It is a direct-action arm, totally off the books.

The whole point is this is supposed to report

to the president and Pompeo directly.”

~~~~~000~~~~~
Prince, the brother of Education Secretary Betsy DeVos, won hundreds of millions of dollars in contracts for his private security company Blackwater in Afghanistan and Iraq, where his guards were convicted in a massacre at Baghdad’s Nisour Square.
He testified behind closed doors before the House Intelligence Committee about his January trip to the Seychelles to meet with Mohammad bin Zayed, the crown prince of Abu Dhabi, and a Russian fund manager close to Vladimir Putin, while serving as an unofficial envoy to the Trump transition team.
Maguire, a former CIA case officer and intelligence contractor for the Amyntor Group, reportedly led a U.S. effort to provoke Saddam Hussein into war before the 2003 invasion of Iraq, and he worked alongside the late Iran-Contra figure Duane “Dewey” Clarridge.
They enlisted North, a key figure in the Iran-Contra scandal and a frequent Fox News guest, to pitch the plan to Trump and other White House officials.
A spokesman for the National Security Council said there’s no evidence that the scheme was presented to the NSC or White House, but a current U.S. intelligence official told The Intercept the proposal was presented to White House officials and delivered to the CIA.
Sources told the website that several senior administration officials, including Vice President Mike Pence, had been briefed on the plan — although his spokesperson denied it.
Two former senior intelligence officials said Pompeo, who is rumored to be moved over to Secretary of State and replaced by Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR), embraced the plan and lobbied the White House to approve the contract.
But a CIA spokesperson said The Intercept had been “provided wildly inaccurate information by people peddling an agenda.”
The Cheka of Tom Cotton as Beria….and our very own Leninist….Steve Bannon
……………………………………………..Our Real President….  ????
++++++++++==================+++++++++++
Bannon has been campaigning for Roy Moore…..
++++++++======================++++++++
Roy Moore, the Alabama Senate candidate under fire for alleged sexual misconduct with teenage girls when he was in his 30s, apparently believes America was a better place at a time when slavery was still legal.
At a campaign event earlier this year, an audience member asked Moore for his opinion on when the last time America was “great.” Moore responded:
“I think it was great at the time when families were united
—even though we had slavery
—they cared for one another…
Our families were strong, our country had a direction.”
The individual who asked the question was among the few African-Americans in attendance at the rally, according to the Los Angeles Times. In stating this, Moore seemingly implied he’d be able to overlook the enslavement of other human beings as long as families are “united,” an interesting perspective from a man accused of repeatedly preying on young girls.
Moore’s remarks were featured in an article from the Times in September, but resurfaced Thursday in a viral tweet from Eric Columbus, a former Obama administration official. “Can’t make this up—Roy Moore said in September that the last time America was great was when we had slavery,” Columbus tweeted
Can’t make this up — Roy Moore said in September that the last time America was great was when we had slavery.
The Republicon Reich: brought to you by the DNC, FBI: ……..and the New CIA of Eric Prince
Moore’s comments at the rally bring to mind President Donald Trump’s slogan, “Make America Great Again,” which many have interpreted as a rallying cry to incite white nationalists. Trump has controversially endorsed Moore, despite widespread condemnation and the damning allegations the Senate candidate faces. Trump reportedly said “Go get ‘em, Roy!” during a recent phone call with the candidate.
A recent Big League-Gravis poll gave Moore’s Democratic opponent, Doug Jones (who isn’t accused of sexually assaulting teenage girls), a slight edge over the Republican. The poll of 1,276 likely voters showed Jones leading Moore 48 percent to 44 percent. The election is on December 12.
On December 4, Trump tweeted, “Putting Pelosi/Schumer Liberal Puppet Jones into office in Alabama would hurt our great Republican Agenda of low on taxes, tough on crime, strong on military and borders…& so much more. Look at your 401-k’s since Election. Highest Stock Market EVER! Jobs are roaring back!”
Indeed, Trump apparently believes a man who was reportedly banned from an Alabama mall for harassing teenage girls would be “tough on crime” and is urging voters to support him.
Putting Pelosi/Schumer Liberal Puppet Jones into office in Alabama would hurt our great Republican Agenda of low on taxes, tough on crime, strong on military and borders…& so much more. Look at your 401-k’s since Election. Highest Stock Market EVER! Jobs are roaring back!
Beyond his views on slavery and allegations of sexual misconduct, Moore also has referred to Native Americans as “reds and yellows,” has questioned former President Barack Obama’s place of birth (following Trump’s example) and once suggested Muslims should not be allowed to serve in Congress.
In spite of all this, Moore still seems to have a shot of becoming a United States senator.
How did the Republican Party became a dangerous cult?
Desperate to halt a terrifying tide of social transformation, the political heirs of Jim Crow flooded into the weak and nearly empty infrastructure of the Southern GOP. Men like Alabama’s Roy Moore and Texas’ Rick Perry were the last generation of white Southern men to begin their careers as Democrats.
The flight of millions of Dixiecrats into the GOP shifted the balance of power inside the party nationwide. Their fear-soaked, delusional fervor converted that institution from a conventional political party into a white nationalist cult.
The Party of Lincoln now exists to help Neo-Confederates win the Civil War politically, long after losing it on the battlefield.
There were logical arguments on both sides of the 1986 tax increases Reagan realized had become necessary. People engaged in rational disagreements over priorities and potential consequences of those plans based on facts and reason.
No such basis exists for Republican policies now, explaining the absence of efforts at bipartisan agreement. Support for GOP plans is premised on cult allegiance and enforced by cult loyalty. Unbelievers would be no more likely to support Republican tax plans than to drink poison to catch a ride on a spaceship.
By all accounts, the members of the Heaven’s Gate cult were nice people who avoided harming others.
They kept their sickness inside their ranks.
By contrast, Republicans are forcing an entire country, and to a certain extent the world, to choke down their poisoned applesauce.
It is possible to see in Marshall Applewhite a suffering soul, tormented by mental illness, who drew a small number of similarly troubled individuals into his fatal orbit (pardon the pun).
It is increasingly difficult to extend the same sympathy to nice people like Paul Ryan. We don’t look back at Pol Pot or Jefferson Davis as “troubled souls” because the scale of the harm they inflicted obscures any sympathy.
Those who survive the poison will one day look back on Republicans of this era with a similar disgust.
Chris Ladd, former GOP Precinct Committeeman, author of “The Politics of Crazy” and creator of PoliticalOrphans.
 “…..On the night of March 23, 1997, Marshall Applewhite prepared to achieve his life’s mission. He had already supervised the successful “evacuation” of several followers. The leader of the Heaven’s Gate cult would be the last of the chosen few to join the alien spacecraft trailing the Hale-Bopp Comet speeding past the Earth.
As he mixed a lethal dose of phenobarbital into his apple sauce, did he experience doubt? Did he wonder whether his psychiatrists had been right? Maybe there were no aliens waiting to whisk him away. He had failed to uncover any empirical evidence to support his worldview.
Perhaps that was because his worldview was flawed and false. No, he probably ate his poison and slipped the bag over his head with a smile on his face.
Republican Roy Moore, removed from the Alabama Supreme Court for his erratic behavior and banned from the mall for harassing teenage girls, has cloaked his campaign for the Senate in the language of “spiritual warfare.”
As such, he is the most apt representative of the Republican Party in our age of cult politics.
Moore is pitching himself as God’s candidate and his voters are slopping it up like poisoned applesauce. The party of “family values” is about to send a known sexual predator to the Senate because God wants them to.
This would be startling, except they already used the same reasoning to put a known sexual predator in the White House.
The same magical reasoning infects Republicans tax reform plans. We are in the eighth year of continuous job growth, the eighth year of economic expansion, and the eighth year of a head-spinning stock market boom. Corporate profits are at record levels and the economy has been redlining at full-employment for almost three years.
By any marginally credible economic reasoning, this would be an ideal moment to raise taxes, curb debt, make investments in public infrastructure, and just generally do the things one does at the peak of a long economic expansion.
At this moment, why are Republicans trying to slash taxes for the wealthy? Why would someone castrate themselves and commit suicide? Because that’s what the cult demands.
There are no bright economic minds suggesting that this is a good idea.
There is no difference of opinion among sane, credible people about whether America needs a massive tax cut for the rich.
An effort by Republican leaders to claim support among economists devolved into unabashed lying.
One of the “economists” listed as a supporter, Gil Sylvia, has yet to be identified and may not even exist. When one of the president’s minions pitched this idiotic tax plan to a panel of American CEO’s – men who will be getting fat tax cuts – they balked. In public.
On camera. Director Cohn’s stunned response after soliciting their backing should be etched on the tombstone of the former Party of Lincoln, “Why aren’t the other hands up?”
Cohn didn’t pause to hear their answer, because that isn’t how a cult works. Like a Soviet Commissar, he wasn’t soliciting feedback but measuring loyalty. He noted the disbelief of the apostates and simply moved on in righteous oblivion.
No reasoning accessible on the plane of logical thought supports this plan, just like no one outside the cult would ever let Roy Moore make decisions on their behalf.
Tax cuts, along with slashing government services, ending government support for health insurance, burning more coal, and a whole collection of other loony ideas, are now unconsidered articles of faith. Republican Jesus wants a tax cut. The faithful will comply.
Nothing in traditional Republican thought made this descent into madness inevitable.
In fact, most of what passes for current Republican orthodoxy contradicts the party’s ideological heritage.
Just twenty-five years ago, when Roy Moore was trolling the sidelines at homecoming for sweet young things, he was a member of the Democratic Party.
At the same time, Elizabeth Warren was a Republican. Something happened, and it had nothing at all to do with the traditional priorities of the Republican or Democratic parties.
Countries experience moments like this from time to time. We are long overdue for such a crisis, as our last major partisan breakdown occurred in the 1850’s.
Faced with tumultuous cultural, technological and economic upheaval, political systems may find themselves bottlenecked, unable to keep pace with evolutionary demands. Parties and ideologies are contorted into strange shapes under the pressure of rapid transformation.
Communism, for example, began as a ruthlessly empirical, atheistic approach to politics and economics. Influenced by the turmoil of the 20th century and the urgency of revolutionary demands, it quickly took on the trappings of a fanatical religion.
By the time the Khmer Rouge unleashed their wave of slaughter on Cambodia, Communism had devolved into little more than ideological window dressing for a tribal death cult. Ideology does not constrain fanatics.
How did the Republican Party became a dangerous cult? Desperate to halt a terrifying tide of social transformation, the political heirs of Jim Crow flooded into the weak and nearly empty infrastructure of the Southern GOP.
Men like Alabama’s Roy Moore and Texas’ Rick Perry were the last generation of white Southern men to begin their careers as Democrats.
By contrast, Republicans are forcing an entire country, and to a certain extent the world, to choke down their poisoned applesauce. It is possible to see in Marshall Applewhite a suffering soul, tormented by mental illness, who drew a small number of similarly troubled individuals into his fatal orbit (pardon the pun).
It is increasingly difficult to extend the same sympathy to nice people like Paul Ryan. We don’t look back at Pol Pot or Jefferson Davis as “troubled souls” because the scale of the harm they inflicted obscures any sympathy. Those who survive the poison will one day look back on Republicans of this era with a similar disgust.
The White Crow of Osiris, and Donald Trumps “Banana Republicans” ~ The Resurrection unto Damnation: the Curse of Lucifer: the Shadow of Adolf Hitler and the Final War to End Nazism in America | Measure 144 ~ Missive 311
Donald Trump is arguably the most openly Racist President since Andrew Jackson,
his White House hero, whose portrait now hangs behind his desk in the Oval Office…
But What is His Agenda ???
“…According to a damning report released by The New York Times, six White House officials relayed the story of a private Oval Office meeting in which Trump read from a document highlighting the number of visa recipients….”
During the meeting, the president lamented that more than 2,500 recipients were from Afghanistan, expressing concerns about terrorism.
He bemoaned the 15,000 who came from Haiti, saying that they “all have AIDS.
The 40,000 who came from Nigeria, Trump said, would never “go back to their huts
after seeing the United States….
The Times then reported that the situation began to quickly escalate and the overall mood in the room changed drastically as then-Secretary of Homeland Security John F. Kelly and White House domestic policy advisor Stephen Miller started blaming Secretary of State Rex Tillerson for the number of immigrants who had come to the country, “prompting the secretary of state to throw up his arms in frustration.”
The situation resulted in Tillerson ending the conversation with:
“If he was so bad at his job, maybe he should stop issuing visas altogether.”
Essentially, that specific June meeting highlights the so-called president’s obsession
with immigration as the primary cause of many of the United States’ problems.
Frank Sharry, who is the executive producer of the pro-immigrant organization America’s Voice, told NYT:
“He’s basically saying,
‘You people of color coming to America seeking the American dream are a threat to the white people.”
He’s come into office with an aggressive strategy of trying to reverse
the demographic changes underway in America.”
What I have begun to understand lately, in the “Eyes-wide-open-in-total-Disbelief” current John Birch / McCarthyite narrative which is now our new Consensus Reality, is that now that we have arrived at the non-acceptance and total rejection of the CIA’s Mass Media, championed at CNN with Andersen Cooper-the-Mockingbird-Trooper, and his sidekick; Wolf Blitzer-the-Deep-State-Kibbitzer,  the ongoing state of the Surreal Malice-in-Wonderland Nightmare that I and all the Children of the 60’s have suffered daily from since 2016, is now reaching it’s breaking point.
So what do we have???
Simply put; what we have in the Mythic sense of the Word is this; we of My Generation cannot BELIEVE that the Satanic, mind-controlled Cult of Hillary Clinton, as the Mass Media Produced Face of the Dragon called Jezebel in the Bible;  has now been totally replaced by the Draconian, mind-conned Trolled Acolytes of Donald Trump, who was the former Mass Media Ratings Bonanza Darling of CNN; but is now going for his Narcissistic Dream-Come-True of being a Putin-replicated fake Messiah by now entering Richard Wagners Valkyric Ring of Fire to Seize Total Power….. by any means necessary.
Trump is now plotting to take Power over America and then the Entire World with the help of his continually bullied and daily castigated generals with a False Flag Reichstag’s Fire, and afterwards he intends to achieve Global Domination by unleashing a Tactical Nuclear War on either North Korea or Iran ( or both ); completely hellbent on Recreating once again this Germanic Wagnerian Emanation, which was seen by the World as the Dystopic Hell on Earth of the Third Reich, with the Germanic Race totally hypnotized under the Mass Media induced Psychotic Spell of their Absolute Ruler, seen as the first Televised Dictator Adolf Hitler, but which has now returned at this Last Trump: witnessed by all now awakened as the Emerging GOP manifested Fourth Reich of the KKK’s Resurrected Neo Nazi Confederacy of the Triumphalist South: with Donald Trump as their gold-plated Tin Pot Fuehrer Reborn in the hideous CNN / Clinton midwifed Abortion that is the Re-Televised Image of the Beast, that same Three-in-One Beast that was composed of Japan, Italy, and Germany seen in the Chapter 13 of the Revelation; that America and the World fought and destroyed  that was known as what we called the Axis in World War II.
And this is the Sugar-coated version; I assure you.
The Bible of Trump….. his bedside copy of Mein Kampf his son Barron sees…. hidden in the Red Box
Hillary commanded both of the Podesta’s and her slaves in the DNC to have CNN magnify the pathological Liar and unrepentant Racist known as Reality Show Actor and Billionaire Donald Trump as the “Straw Man” Hillary believed she could set up and then so easily defeat, but soon discovered that Donald promised everybody everything they wanted….and lied and CNNed his way into Office with the DNC ordained billion dollars of free CNN Mass Media Air Time; and Trump lied much more convincingly than the amateurs he went up against in the GOP
They tried to twist facts into pretzels: Trump dispensed with Logic and Truth IMMEDIATELY and SPUN a total FANTASY instead
What the real intellectuals on the Press and elsewhere saw at once was that Trump allied himself very quickly with the pseudo-intellectuals of the White Supremacist Breitbart camp, and then the heavily armed paramilitary and police supporters of people like David Duke, the KKK segregationist and rabble-rouser, and did so quietly, but very early on indeed.
The Great Grinning White Ape
…  The White Crow of Osiris and the Curse of Lucifer: the Shadow of Nazism
The report specifies that when the Trump’s first travel ban was blocked, he was “furious” and often took his anger out on White House officials who really just wanted to ensure our nation’s best interests.
The Times report states:
“He [Trump] did not want “.…..a watered down version….” of the Travel Ban, he yelled at Donald F. McGahn II,                   the White House counsel,”
“Mr. McGahn insisted that administration lawyers had already promised the court that Mr. Trump would issue a new order.”
Trump, who is known to lash out, replied with: “This is bullshit.
+++++++++++=========++++++++++++
After the report was released, White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said in a statement that the report filled with offensive comments about immigrants was not true, calling the claims “outrageous.”
Whether the report is true or not, it gives us an inside into what potentially goes in during these closed-door meetings.
WHITE NATIONALISTS ARE RIGHT: AMERICA IS BECOMING LESS WHITE
BY CRISTINA SILVA ON 8/16/17 AT 11:32 AM
A white nationalist rally over the weekend in Charlottesville, Virginia, has once again thrust America’s long history of racism into the national spotlight, casting the country’s troubled record on rights for nonwhites as not a problem of the past but an ongoing, festering wound that continues to disenfranchise significant swaths of U.S. citizens.
The “Unite the Right” rally in Virginia was aimed at protesting the removal of a statue of General Robert E. Lee, a Confederate hero. Protesters waved Confederate flags and chanted, “You will not replace us,” a statement pointing to the growing fear among certain white nationalist leaders that the U.S. will be a majority-minority nation.
These fears are not unfounded, depending on whom you identify as white.
The nation’s great thinkers have for decades pointed out the fallacy and racism inherent in grouping people by the color of their skin, particularly in a nation where the South’s “one-drop rule” meant anyone with a black ancestor could be sold into the slave trade, regardless of how many white grandparents the person had.
Writer Ta-Nehisi Coates examined the nation’s tortured history in his probing autobiographical Between the World and Me, through his repeated use of phrase “people who believe they are white.”
“Some of these straight-haired people with blue eyes have been ‘black.’ …Virginia planters obsessed with enslaving as many Americans as possible are the ones who came up with a one-drop rule that separated the ‘white’ from the ‘black,’ even if meant that their own blue-eyed sons would live under the lash,” he wrote in the 2015 best-selling book.
Decades earlier, social critic and writer James Baldwin challenged the nation’s obsession with racial categories in in a 1963 television segment titled “The Negro and the American Promise.”
“What white people have to do,” Baldwin said at the time, “is try to find out in their hearts why it was necessary for them to have a nigger in the first place.
Because I am not a nigger.
I’m a man.
If I’m not the nigger here, and if you invented him, you, the white people, invented him,
then you have to find out why.
And the future of the country depends on that. Whether or not it is able to ask that question.”
Baldwin often sought to remind white America of its malleable racial differences, referring to African-Americans as the nation’s “bastard” children.
“The truth is this country does not know what to do with its black population,” he once said.
“Americans can’t face the fact that I am flesh of their flesh.”
Further back, Mark Twain explored the skin-deep racial policies of the South in Pudd’nhead Wilson, his 1894 novel that tells the story of a slave and a white aristocrat, both fathered by the master of the house, who are switched in infancy and forced to live under the social roles of the time, regardless of their similar appearances.
Nevertheless, under the current racial demographics widely accepted across the U.S., white people have seen signs that their dominance over the general population might be waning.
Mark Twain on Racism, How Religion Is Used to Justify Injustice, and What His Mother Taught Him About Compassion
“……the story of a slave and a white aristocrat,…..”
The Census Bureau announced in 2012 that non-Hispanic whites made up a minority of births in the U.S. for the first time.
That year, minorities made up 50.4 percent of the nation’s infants, in part because of a booming Hispanic population.
Some demographers have predicted the U.S. will become a majority-minority nation by 2050, with African-Americans, Asians, Hispanics and other minority groups outnumbering the people we call white.
The shift in the nation’s racial demographics have already been stark.
In 1965, whites represented 85 percent of the population, with the other 15 percent made up of African-Americans. These days, white people make up just 60 percent of the nation, while Hispanics account for 18 percent and Asians about 6 percent.
“The forces behind this transformation are a mix of immigration, births and deaths. The United States is more than four decades into what has been, in absolute numbers, the biggest immigration wave in its history–more than 40 million arrivals.
Unlike previous waves that were almost entirely from Europe, the modern influx has been dominated by Hispanic and Asian immigrants,” the Pew Research Center concluded in 2012.
And that’s exactly what white nationalists fear.
Richard B. Spencer, one of the nation’s leading white nationalists who has backed President Donald Trump, has called for protecting the “heritage, identity, and future of people of European descent in the United States, and around the world” by creating a white “ethno-state.”
He supports doing so through “peaceful ethnic cleansing” that would remove minorities from the U.S.
After Trump condemned people protesting Nazis at the Virginia rally over the weekend, Spencer said this week he didn’t think the president was truly denouncing neo-Nazis, the Ku Klux Klan and white supremacists.
“His statement today was more kumbaya nonsense,” said Spencer.
“Only a dumb person would take those lines seriously.
Sources say that Trump said Haitian visa holders “all have AIDS” and Nigerians live in “huts.”
More than 2,500 were from Afghanistan, a terrorist haven, the president complained.
Haiti had sent 15,000 people. They “all have AIDS,” he grumbled, according to one person who attended the meeting and another person who was briefed about it by a different person who was there.
Forty thousand had come from Nigeria, Mr. Trump added. Once they had seen the United States, they would never “go back to their huts” in Africa, recalled the two officials, who asked for anonymity to discuss a sensitive conversation in the Oval Office.
White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders of course denied that Trump made the statements, and the president’s supporters will likely dismiss them as lies from anonymous sources at the fake-news New York Times. But the fact that this totally sounds like something Trump would say is horrific enough. Merry Christmas everybody, this is the world we live in.
