Lee Boyd Malvo, who as a teenager took part in one of the most terrifying serial sniper murder cases in U.S. history, will be going back to court after a federal judge Friday threw out two life sentences on constitutional grounds.
U.S. District Judge Raymond Jackson in Norfolk, Va. ordered that Malvo receive new sentencing hearings in Virginia after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that mandatory life sentences for juveniles are unconstitutional. Jackson wrote that the Supreme Court’s ruling on juveniles grants new rights to teenagers that Malvo didn’t know he had when he agreed to a plea bargain.
Malvo was 17 when he was arrested in 2002 for a series of shootings that killed 10 people and wounded three in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia, causing widespread fear throughout the region. The attacks brought worldwide press coverage amid concern that the hit-and-fly attacks — many carried out from a sniper’s nest hidden in a modified car trunk — were possibly carried out by terrorists.
The new hearings would likely to result in prison sentences once again for Malvo, considering the weight of the evidence presented at the time. But the new court dates could also bring Malvo — whose lawyers claimed he was a naive adolescent who fell under the murderous guile of accomplice John Allen Muhammad — another shot at someday earning his release. His previous life sentences were without possibility of parole.
Michael Kelly, spokesman for Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring, said Friday evening that the office is “reviewing the decision and will do everything possible, including a possible appeal, to make sure this convicted mass murderer serves the life sentences that were originally imposed.”
He also noted that the convictions themselves stand and emphasized that, even if Malvo gets a new sentencing hearing, he could still be resentenced to a life term.
Jackson based his decision on two U.S. Supreme Court rulings. One prohibited mandatory life sentences without the possibility of parole for juveniles. The other, decided last year, established a legal framework for retroactive reviews of such sentences by state courts. Writing for the 6-3 majority, Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote that the change would provide a potential opportunity for release to convicted defendants who can demonstrate “that children who commit even heinous crimes are capable of change.”
Citing the rulings, Jackson wrote: “this Court finds the public policy involved here outweighs the interest in enforcing the two life-without-parole provisions.”
Malvo also was sentenced to life in prison in Maryland for the murders that occurred there. But his lawyers have made an appeal on similar grounds in that state. A hearing is scheduled in June.

Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Ray Morrogh, who helped prosecute Malvo, said the Virginia attorney general can appeal Jackson’s ruling. If not, he said he would pursue another life sentence.
Muhammad, who had military rifle training, had befriended Malvo at a young age and enlisted the youth to commit random attacks. Malvo believed Muhammad when he told him that a $10 million ransom sought from the US government to stop the sniper killings would be used to establish a Utopian society for homeless black children in Canada.
In 2012, the Supreme Court ruled that mandatory life sentences for juveniles were unconstitutional. Then, last year, the Supreme Court applied that case retroactively to sentences issued before 2012.
Malvo, in one of the rare prison interviews he granted to the media, told NBC’s “Today” show five years ago that he felt powerless to refuse Muhammad’s wishes to shoot at innocent people.
“I couldn’t say no,” he said in the interview. “I had wanted that level of love and acceptance and consistency for all of my life and couldn’t find it.”
In an interview that same year with the Washington Post, Malvo described himself as “a monster…If you look up the definition, that’s what a monster is. I was a ghoul. I was a thief. I stole people’s lives. I did someone else’s bidding just because they said so. . . . There is no rhyme or reason or sense.”

Though not conclusively proved, this report continues, SVR intelligence analysts believe that this “kill order contract” offered against President Trump is from “Deep State” conspirators in the United States at war with their new leader—who became incensed after President Trump fired one of their main anti-Trump-“Russian hysteria” commanders, former FBI Director James Comey, and less than 24 hours later, hosted two of Russia’s top diplomats in his White House Oval Office.
FBI Director Comey, this report explains, was the American “Deep State” commander who was tasked with creating, and perpetuating, the false “Russian hysteria” meme against President Trump by using what is now called the “Trump Russia Dossier”—that has been revealed to be a completely made up document created by an American political opposition research company named Fusion GPS and paid for by as yet unidentified Hillary Clinton supporters.
Written entirely by an ex-MI6 (British intelligence) operative named Christopher Steele for the Hillary Clinton campaign he claimed “would sway the election against Trump”, this report says, the “Trump Russia Dossier” was so fabricated out of nonsense that the American magazine Newsweek cited a CIA operation who said “it’s hokey as hell” and one of the most esteemed US journalists, Bob Woodward of the Washington Post, called it “garbage”.
Shockingly though, this report notes, FBI Director Comey used this “hokey as hell garbage” “Trump Russia Dossier” as evidence he presented to what is called a FISA Court in order to obtain a warrant to listen into and record the phone conversations of then candidate Trump and all of his associates—and that then President Barack Obama signed an extraordinary Executive Order to unmask the names of, distribute throughout the entire “Deep State” apparatus, and then leak to the mainstream propaganda press in order to damage the reputation of Trump.

In what can only be described as one of the most terrifying treasonous acts against the American people in their entire nations history, a new Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today details that former Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director James Comey controlled a $173 BILLION “Deep State” slush fund designed for the sole purpose of destroying President Donald Trump—of which, at least, $15 million of was “offered” by the FBI to a young Russian man if he lied and said President Putin authorized a computer hack against the campaign of Hillary Clinton. According to this report, during this past weeks meeting in the White House Oval Office, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov confronted President Trump as to why the US mainstream propaganda media had not told the American people about the 26 April grave warning issued by Lieutenant-General Viktor Poznihir, Deputy Chief of the Main Operations Directorate of the Russian Armed Forces, that the Operations Command of the Russian General Staff has concluded that the United States is preparing a nuclear first strike on Russia.
In his stunning and shocking reply to Foreign Minister Lavrov, this report continues, President Trump related (and provided documents to support) that he had yet to wrest full control of his government from his “Deep State” enemies—of whom, it was alarmingly revealed this past August (2016), had “disappeared/stolen” over $6.5 TRILLION from the US Department of Defense to finance their operations against him with.

Critical to note about Director Comey’s “Russia Hacking Meme”, this report explains, was that it involved the computer servers of Hillary Clinton’s Democratic Party—whose stunning contents were hacked and released by Wikileaks—and that Wikileaks to this day states Russia had not been involved with.
The “main/central” problem with Director Comey’s “Russia Hacking Meme”, though, this report continues, was that the FBI never examined the computer servers he claimed Russia hacked—with Hillary Clinton’s Democratic Party saying the FBI never asked to examine them, and the FBI saying that they did ask for them but were refused.
With the FBI, therefore, not being able to examine Hillary Clinton’s Democrat Party computer servers, this report says, Director Comey then claimed that a Clinton funded and supported private company named Crowdstrike, who said Russia hacked into these computer servers, was to be believed above all else—but whose claims of Russia hacking have proven to all be lies, and who are now refusing to cooperate with the US Congress too.
So completely discredited, in fact, was Director Comey’s claim that Crowdstrike should be believed in their Russia hacking claims, this report details, one of the world’s leading cybersecurity experts, Jeffrey Carr, scathingly rebuked him in a withering research document titled “Can Facts Slow The DNC Breach Runaway Train?” that smashed every single Crowdstrike Russian hacking claim—and wherein Carr stated:
“The metadata in the leaked documents are perhaps most revealing: one dumped document was modified using Russian language settings, by a user named “Феликс Эдмундович,” a code name referring to the founder of the Soviet Secret Police
OK. Raise your hand if you think that a GRU or FSB officer would add Iron Felix’s name to the metadata of a stolen document before he released it to the world while pretending to be a Romanian hacker. Someone clearly had a wicked sense of humor.”

With his “Russian Hacking Meme” falling apart, this report continues, Director Comey then set his sights on a relatively minor 29-year-old Russian hacker named Yevgeniy Nikulin, whom the Federal Security Service (FSB) had issued an arrest warrant for due to charges that he had stolen $3,450 in a cyber theft scheme.
In early October, 2016, this report details, Director Comey discovered that Yevgeniy Nikulin was in the Czech Republic and issued an Interpol “Red Notice” warrant for his immediate arrest on 5 October—and on 21 October had him indicted by a US Attorney General in Oakland, California charging him with hacking into American tech companies—and 6 days later, on 27 October, issued another series of secret charges against him no one is allowed to see.
29-year-old Russian citizen Yevgeniy Nikulin, aka “Comey’s Pawn”
Armed with enough known and unknown charges to keep Yevgeniy Nikulin jailed in the US for hundreds of years, this report continues, Director Comey then ordered his FBI agents to go to the Czech Republic and offer this young man complete freedom by the dropping of all charges, giving him immediate US citizenship, a free apartment for life, and payments equaling up to $15 million—and all he had to do was lie and say that he hacked Hillary Clinton’s Democratic Party on the orders of President Putin.
According to Yevgeniy Nikulin’s testimonial letter—shortly after President Trump was elected, Director Comey’s FBI agents (on 14-15 November 2016, and 7 February 2017) made this extraordinary illegal offer with his affirming under oath:

Three days ago, though, this bulletin notes, on 31 May, both Huma Abedin and her husband Anthony Weiner met with top level FBI agents in New York City—immediately after which they renewed the lease on their luxurious Union Square duplex and returned to living as man and wife.

Barely 24 hours after Huma Abedin and her husband Anthony Weiner moved back into their luxurious New York City home, this bulletin says, FBI special agents and US Department of Justice prosecutors raided the Abedin owned property in Dearborn—leading the SVR to conclude that during Huma Abedin’s secret trip to Dearborn last summer, she “secreted/hid” within that home critical evidence relating to Hillary Clinton’s “lost” emails—and maybe even the “lost” computer and thumb drive too.
With there being no doubt that both Huma Abedin and her husband Anthony Weiner are now in full cooperation with President Trump’s Department of Justice, this bulletin concludes, the US mainstream propaganda media, nevertheless, remains fixated on their “fake news” Russian hysteria campaign that President Putin suggests they need a “chill pill” to cure themselves of—but with the newest member of this elitist cabal of leftist journalists, named Megyn Kelly, shocking the world yesterday after she asked Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi “Are you on Twitter?” (Modi has the 2nd most viewed Twitter feed in the world with over 30 million followers, 2nd only to President Trump), once again proof is shown that only “uneducated idiots” are allowed to report the news in America today.

I know the Seth Rich murder has been covered ad naseum. So I’m gonna make this brief and to the point.
I just wanted to point out a couple things that I saw reported back when it happened that I haven’t heard a word about since.
In August of 2016 I was browsing through a 4chan forum and I took this screenshot of a conversation (screenshot below) where Anonymous was claiming that they had hacked into Huma Abedin’s personal computer and had intercepted Huma in real time, sending the Saudis a compromising video that she had taken of Hillary. It is not stated what exactly was on the video but my guess is that it probably had something to do with the sexual abuse of a minor.
(Apparently Angela Merkel was also in one of the “compromising videos” with Hillary. God only knows what it shows them doing.)
Huma Abedin’s family is in Saudi Arabia and this is where her loyalty lies.
Anonymous confronted Huma and faced with the threat of being exposed, she agreed to give them info (the emails that were later printed by Wikileaks) if they agreed to keep quiet about what they found her doing.
According to Anonymous, Huma told them that she would give them the info they’d asked for via an insider…a liasion.
Guess who that liasion was? SETH RICH!!
Now does it make sense why they are trying to confuse this story?

Anonymous then gave the emails to Wikileaks to publish.
Here is that screenshot from 4chan. This was big news back then in forums like 4Chan and GLP…but it never seemed to reach any of the mainstream alternative sites and it seems to have been forgotten about since.
(Also note…the news about all of the sensitive files marked “Life Insurance” stored on Huma Abedins and Anthony Weiner’s computer didnt come out until months AFTER this in November. Which gives Anon’s story here more credibility and shows they had foreknowledge of information that was proven true months later. I remember thinking back to this story I had read on 4chan (about Anon blackmailing Huma) when the news broke months later in November about the huge amount of emails and files marked “Life Insurance” on Huma Abedin and Anthony Weiner’s computer and thinking to myself “Ah there it is. They finally got her.”
And think about it. Do you really think a small fry like Seth Rich would have had the access or the means to obtain all of this info on his own? No…it was Huma Abedin…. covering her own butt. Using Seth (who she probably chose because he was already disgruntled and outraged about the pay for play scheme he had discovered days earlier.)
The disgusted closet Bernie supporter was the perfect “errand boy” to do the dirty work and take the blame if they got caught.
And this is probably why the DNC is in such a scramble to confuse and convolute this story.
Because God forbid anyone find out it was actually Hillary’s CLOSEST AIDE who leaked it all…especially after they had whipped everyone into a frenzy squealing about the “evil Russians”.

So I just now tried to go back to the original link on 4chan where I had originally taken the screenshots of this conversation Anon had about Huma. And it says it “cant be found”.
So I tried to access the link in the wayback machine and it tells me that:
“Sorry. The url has been excluded from the way back machine”
which is something I’ve never seen before. Only way that could happen is if it was intentionally scrubbed.
And if it’s not true then why worry about scrubbing it? Good thing we still have the screenshots.

Also there are some pretty important details covered in the following article. The day Seth Rich was killed the Russian intelligence backed site whatdoesitmean.com put out this story. (I know people diss on this site but in the few years I’ve followed the site I have never ONCE read something there that I later found out to be untrue. They are always the first to break stories.) And there are some very important tidbits in here that have been overlooked in my opinion.
So those are just some things to think about.
Also just a couple other things to add to the strangeness.
ReallyGraceful recently did a video on Seth, where she points out how completely unemotional and unaffected Seths parents and brother seem in the family interview they gave right after he was murdered. A stranger who doesn’t give a damn couldn’t give an interview that calmly and nonchalantly.

And then I saw this on /pol/ reddit’s twitter feed that I found kind of interesting.
“Skype account of #SethRich briefly logged onto IP of D.C. General, a hospital abandoned since 2001.
Was he taken to an abandoned hospital?”
And it was kind of strange how the doctor said he was fine and then suddenly he was dead and no one was allowed to go in his room at the hospital?
Sure it could be because they murdered him there but more likely than that is that he was put in the witness protection program by the white hats (think Steve Pieczenik’s group perhaps?)
I don’t trust Pieczenik but that’s another subject for another day. The fact is is that there are warring factions among the intelligence agencies who had a lot of stake in that information getting out in order to stop Hillary.
Perhaps no doctors were allowed in that room, and no code was called when he died because HE WASN’T IN THE ROOM.
Perhaps he was taken to the abandoned hospital while in transition which is where he logged onto his Skype acct briefly in order to reassure his parents he was okay and that he was being taken into protection. This would explain their completely unemotional interview right after he was killed.
Is it possible Seth is still alive? Is this why his parents didn’t seem too torn up right after his death? Is this why they don’t want anyone looking into his death or talking about “conspiracy theories?” Pretty strange behavior for family members who just had a loved one murdered in cold blood.
I don’t know…just something to think about. Just remember…anything is possible in the Twighlight Zone we now find ourselves in.

Assassination Of Top US Democratic Party Official Leads To FBI Capture Of Clinton “Hit Team”

Three days later, this report grimly states, SVR fears that the life of DNC official Seth Rich was in danger proved true when, on 10 July, he was gunned down in Washington D.C. at approximately 4:19 am.
According to the official US police report of DNC official Seth Rich’s murder, this report explains, it says: “Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred in the 2100 block of Flagler Place, Northwest on Sunday, July 10, 2016. At approximately 4:19 am, members of the Fifth District were patrolling the area when they heard gunshots. Upon arrival on the scene, members located an adult male victim conscious and breathing, and suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.”
This SVR report, though, says that DNC official Seth Rich was “lured/enticed” to his murder by this Clinton “hit team” who portrayed themselves as FBI agents wanting to secretly interview him—and that the expelled Russian diplomats had given the US State Department “electronic access” to so that they could be found.
Curiously, this report continues, US authorities, and while being able to track this Clinton “hit team” since 7 July, only confronted these assassins yesterday—and who before being captured, engaged in a gun battle with US federal police forces firing their fully automatic weapons before being trapped and surrendering just blocks from the US Capitol and White House.
